*TERMS & CONDITIONS*

Below are the Terms and Conditions that have been carefully written to protect you (The Client) and the company (ThePREPLady, LLC). I highly recommend that you review these terms prior to signing any contract.

*PAYMENTS*

Any and All payments are due in FULL before any service is rendered unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. All services will be discussed verbally before the agreement is made. Your payment secures your spot on

the schedule. Payments can be made via Paypal, Cashapp, or Zelle.

*Note: There will be 3.5% convenience fee added to all PayPal and Cashapp transactions. Any check or e-check that is not honored will incur additional $36 charge for a returned check fee.

Please understand ThePREPLady LLC does NOT provide refunds for any

services cancelled unless agreed upon. As it relates to cancellations, you must reschedule any consultation within 24 hours of your agreed upon time or you will forfeit that session and your money. Client also has a 15 minute grace period once the session begins. A no-show after the first 15 minutes, incurs an automatic cancellation. In the event of any unforeseen situation, and the client can not complete the agreed upon obligation, sessions can be rescheduled for future sessions, but again will NOT be refunded. The only reason any monies will be refunded is in the event that ThePREPLady LLC is unable to keep the agreed upon session for unforeseen personal reasons or illness.

COACHING CONTENT

It is very important to understand what it is that you need help with so that you can in turn understand the coaching plan we agree on for your specific case. No 2 clients will have the exact same coaching content, plan, or strategy as every client and situation is different and deserves specific attention. We the company will discuss with every client before sessions begin, the EXACT PLAN OF ACTION. Please be careful to understand the plan as well as ask any questions before sessions begin, because we can not redo any particular plan once it has been discussed and agreed upon.

CONTACT INFORMATION

Please make sure all contact information remains up to date and that the company is made aware of any changes within 10 business days. We share a lot of content via email and online platforms which requires the valid contact information. All information will be kept confidential at all times.

All information disclosed to ThePREPLady LLC is kept private and secured. No information is shared with any outside or third party companies. Also no information shared will be discussed with anyone other than the client. This includes email addresses, addresses, telephone numbers, credit card information, plan of action, or session discussions.
